Project Details
Comcast Center
The Comcast Center in Philadelphia, completed in 2008, stands as one of the city’s tallest buildings and a model for sustainable design. Built by general contractor L.F. Driscoll, the project was designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern and incorporates numerous eco-friendly features, achieving LEED certification.
Its glass façade provides extensive natural light, reducing energy usage, while a high-efficiency HVAC system, rainwater capture, and green roof contribute to its sustainability. The building’s construction reflects Comcast’s commitment to environmental responsibility and urban revitalization, making it a landmark in both design and environmental impact
Working with L.F. Driscoll on the Comcast Center project in Philadelphia has been an incredible experience, thanks to SafetyFirst.
